Having recently visited Isunga Lodge in Fort Portal, near Kibale National Park, I must say that the lodge offers great value for your money. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay with stunning views of Kibale Forest and Lake George. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff catering to our needs promptly.Although the amenities are limited, including a bar/lounge area and outdoor dining space, the overall experience was satisfying. The offered tours and ticket assistance were convenient for exploring the area. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a bonus for staying connected.In terms of luxury, Isunga Lodge may lack certain upscale features like a swimming pool or VIP check-in/out services. However, the peaceful surroundings, personalized service, and delicious food compensate for these shortcomings. If you're looking for a serene retreat with genuine hospitality and a reasonable price tag, Isunga Lodge is a commendable choice for a memorable stay near Kibale National Park.
